Debit order
- We welcome any contribution by debit order. Please complete and return to Dignity Dreams. It is the most sustainable way to support us. A monthly debit order of as little as R100 makes a huge difference to us.
My School Card
Once you have chosen Dignity Dreams as one of your beneficiaries you NEVER have to think about it again. It is the one way you can donate to us every time you purchase from Woolworths, Waltons, Builders and many more. The best is you don’t actually have to reach into your pocket at all!
I know that Dignity Dreams is getting help every time I buy Milk!
If you are unsure how to link your My School Card or sign a debit order give us a call and we’ll talk you through it.
#RedMyLips Campaign
You can also participate in our #RedMyLips campaign. Purchase one of our 3 shades of red lipstick and participate in the lipograph social media campaign. Click here for more information.
All your donations are tax deductible. We will issue you with a Section 18A Certificate for all your donations and sponsorships.
None of what we do would be possible without our generous donors and sponsors. Thank you to our regular corporate and individual donors.

How can you help?
Get involved in the discussion.
Menstruation is a perfectly normal biological function. Approximately half the world’s population will menstruate for most of their adult life. Without menstruation the human race cannot continue and yet we shy away from the discussion.
Young girls enter this phase of their lives unaware of what is happening and suffer great embarrassment and very often teasing. This must not be allowed to continue. Become a part of the solution.
Dispel the myths and taboos. Talk openly about menstrual health and menstruation. Make sure that both girls and boys are educated and form part of the discussion. Look at our RESOURCES section for information to assist you.
Change a girl’s life for no less than 4 years by making a donation today. For as little as R200 you can revolutionise a young girl’s life.
Having access to safe, sustainable, washable and re-usable sanitary wear gives her the gift of menstrual health and hygiene, minimising infections, increased self confidence, increased participation in school, extra mural activities and education. There is no doubt that enabling one girl to achieve her potential can influence and uplift her entire community.
